Zero Tolerance Policy
- Sexually exploits or abuses children.
- Contains Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Encourages, facilitates or promotes sexual exploitation of children.
- Involves grooming or attempts to sexually exploit minors.
- Involves sextortion, trafficking or sexual exploitation of children.
- Solicits, creates, uploads, shares or distributes sexual content involving minors. Any user found violating these standards may have their content removed and their account permanently suspended or terminated.
Sabkuch has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report inappropriate content, users or activities through the reporting and feedback mechanisms available within the Sabkuch application.

Action Against CSAM
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation activity, Techvedam will take appropriate action, which may include:
- Upload harmful or malicious content.
- Removing the illegal or prohibited content.
- Restricting or permanently terminating the responsible account.
- Preserving relevant information where required by applicable law.
- Reporting confirmed illegal material to relevant law enforcement or appropriate authorities, where required.
Compliance With Child Safety Laws
Sabkuch is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations.
We cooperate with relevant law enforcement authorities and take appropriate action when credible reports of child sexual abuse or exploitation are received.
